The apartment prices are listed in EURO and apply per unit and per night. The local tax of € 4.00 (for guests aged 15 and over) per person and per day is charged separately.
Short Stay Surcharge:
For bookings of only 3 nights, a short stay surcharge applies.
Final cleaning fee:
one-time € 120 (Apartment Top 1, 2, 3, Apartment Ischgl Store)
one-time € 200 (Penthouse)
Please note:
We consider the deposit to be a security deposit.
This will be refunded in full upon proper handover of the accommodation or offset against the remaining amount.
Included Services in Our Apartments:
• Starter package with sugar, salt, pepper, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, 1x coffee bean refill for the coffee machine, tea, and dish towels
• Daily cleaning and daily waste disposal
• Towel change every second day
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the entire house
• Free parking spaces (garage spaces available upon request and subject to availability)
Children in extra beds:
• 0–3 years: free of charge
• 4–14 years: 50% of the extra bed price
• 15 years and older: full price (100% of the extra bed rate)

Please transfer the total amount 2 weeks before arrival.
- in case of cancellation up to 1 month before the date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged
- in case of cancellation from 1 month to 1 week before the date of arrival we charge 70% of the total amount
- in case of cancellation 1 week or more before the date of arrival, we charge 100% of the amount
- In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the room price from/until the agreed date.

Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. (Penthouse from 5:00 p.m.)
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
