The appartment prices are quoted in EURO and are per appartment and per night. The local tax of € 4.00 (from 15 years) per person and day is charged separately. The Silvretta Card Premium is included in the price.

Short stay surcharge for 3 & 4 days: € 3,- / day & person

Final cleaning: 

one-time € 80,- (Apartment 1 and 2)

one-time € 100,- (Apartment Ischgl Store)

one-time € 200,- (Penthouse)

6th person and children discount on request.

Children in normal beds:

• 0 – 6 years: free
• 6 – 14 years: 50 %
• ab 15 years: 100 %

Extra bed (only for children from 0 – 2 years): free of charge.

Please transfer the total amount 2 weeks before arrival.

• in case of cancellation up to 1 month before the date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged
• in case of cancellation from 1 month to 1 week before the date of arrival we charge 70% of the total amount
• in case of cancellation 1 week or more before the date of arrival, we charge 100% of the amount
• In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the room price from/until the agreed date.

The apartments are at your disposal from 15.00 on the day of arrival, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10.00 on the day of departure.

We recommend that you take out  travel cancellation insurance. The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
